Project Overview
Our Singapore-based AV integration partner was working on a flexible conference room project in Hanoi. The room can be divided into two independent spaces or combined into one large area.
To support both scenarios, the client needed a ceiling-mounted lift that can deploy two cameras, each covering one side of the room.
This custom ceiling-mounted PTZ camera lift was developed for two Q-SYS NC-12×80 PTZ cameras.

Integration: Q-SYS system (Dry Contact / Relay Control)
How We Support The Project
Based on the Q-SYS NC-12×80 camera specifications, we designed a custom mounting interface that allows two cameras to be securely installed on the lift platform without requiring the customer to ship or provide any original brackets.The lift is equipped with dry contact / relay control, making it fully compatible with Q-SYS control systems.
Before shipment, every custom camera lift is fully assembled and tested in our factory.The following video shows the actual factory test of this custom dual camera lift. No editing or sound effects have been added, allowing you to see the real operating performance before delivery.
